Vikataestate was founded on July 19, 2020, born from a vision to combine technical excellence with grassroots impact. What began as a small proprietorship firm focused on land surveying and building design consulting quickly expanded into a multi-domain service provider, driven by the leadership of Seaman Sarkar and Sumit Sarkar.

In the early years, Vikataestate earned recognition for its reliable services, executing projects for prestigious clients like CESC, Hindustan Unilever, and the RPSG Group. As our reputation grew, so did our scope — moving beyond design and consultancy to tackle larger goals in skill development, government apprenticeship programs, and career-focused training.

By 2022, Vikataestate became a recognized force in India’s training and employment ecosystem, partnering with key government schemes like NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) and NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme). We began working closely with industries, training centers, and state authorities to build job-ready talent pipelines.
