History Behind Us
Vikataestate was founded on July 19, 2020, born from a vision to combine technical excellence with grassroots impact. What began as a small proprietorship firm focused on land surveying and building design consulting quickly expanded into a multi-domain service provider, driven by the leadership of Seaman Sarkar and Sumit Sarkar.
In the early years, Vikataestate earned recognition for its reliable services, executing projects for prestigious clients like CESC, Hindustan Unilever, and the RPSG Group. As our reputation grew, so did our scope — moving beyond design and consultancy to tackle larger goals in skill development, government apprenticeship programs, and career-focused training.
By 2022, Vikataestate became a recognized force in India’s training and employment ecosystem, partnering with key government schemes like NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) and NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme). We began working closely with industries, training centers, and state authorities to build job-ready talent pipelines.
Today, Vikataestate is a core contributor to skill development, offering integrated platforms that connect students, employers, and training institutions — backed by real projects, certified programs, and a focus on empowering rural and urban youth alike.

Sumit Sarkar (Founder | Director of Operations | Visionary in Skill & Infrastructure Development)
Sumit Sarkar is the Co-Founder and Director of Vikataestate, a dynamic organization delivering end-to-end services in surveying, building design, consulting, skill training, and government apprenticeship programs. A B.Tech graduate from Techno India University, Sumit has played a pivotal role in transforming Vikataestate from a local consultancy firm into a nationally recognized name in technical training and housing solutions.
With a strong focus on youth empowerment, digital infrastructure, and public-private collaborations, Sumit leads multiple government-aligned initiatives through platforms like Vikataestate Skills Academy His work is deeply integrated with national missions such as Skill India, NAPS, and NATS, empowering students and professionals through job-specific training, live projects, and international mobility programs.
He is also involved in expanding access to affordable home design and construction services through VikataHomes.in, making architectural services accessible to middle-income families across India.
